MAOR is a non-profit organization led by an elected slate of five officers and seven directors. Our members, which represent a diverse group of over 50 local businesses located in and near the Oak Ridge community, include bankers, restaurant owners, retailers and many other business and organizational professionals.
Our association’s slogan is a simple one – “Business in one with Community” – and we take it to heart. Since our inception, MAOR has earned a reputation for sponsoring events that unite the commercial and residential residents within and surrounding the Oak Ridge community. Throughout the year our members donate thousands of hours of their time to ensure that these events are well organized, enjoyable and successful. As a result of our sponsored events we are financially self-sufficient, and are also able to support other non-profit organizations such as the Oak Ridge Youth Association and the Oak Ridge Military Academy.
MAOR members reap the rewards of networking opportunities, support from fellow business professionals, educational and professional enrichment and the satisfaction of helping promote a sense of community within the town of Oak Ridge.

From 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. for our Meet and Greet; 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for our business meeting
MAOR OFFICE - The MAOR Office located in Room 108 at Oak Ride Town Hall will be open for visitors on Monday afternoons from 1:00 to 3:00 PM except for holidays and the last two Mondays of the year.
